G.R. Baird Financial Group Inc. is an independent incorporated company specializing in designing integrated insurance and investment solutions for associates, contract employees, self-employed professionals, and businesses. A graduate of the University of Ottawa, former varsity football and basketball player, Graeme Baird first entered this profession in April of 1992 as a sales representative for Standard Life Assurance Company. After seven successful years and attaining the highest level of quality sales and service with Standard Life, Graeme incorporated his practice in October 1999. He currently represents a number of leading companies and is a representative of DFS Investments Inc., a mutual fund dealer.

Graeme achieved his CFP designation in September 2004 and is a CFP Professional in good standing.

Diane Reklitis is an Ottawa native who started her career in the insurance industry in 1982 as a bookkeeper and office manager in a prominent property/casualty brokerage. Since then, she has specialized in the customer service area and has progressed to Office Manager with G.R. Baird Financial Group Inc. Diane is an active mother of two who enjoys gardening, golf and coaching soccer.

Roxanna is the newest member of Baird Benefits Plus and brings forth over 10 years experience with working for a National Insurance Company. In the role of Marketing Specialist, Roxanna will be responsible for servicing and marketing our group and pension business. Roxanna has been recognized within the industry as a service mentor and received numerous achievements within client services.

Roxanna is married and a mother of two children.  Roxanna is heavily involved in her local community with hockey, coaching soccer or leading a community fundraising event.
